There are strictly no returns on nail and skincare products due to hygiene reasons such as infection control, and contamination. If you have an issue with your product for example; it has arrived faulty, damaged, etc. Please contact us directly through the “contact” page. With that in mind, rest assured, all products are packaged very carefully and protected well during transit. 

For damaged goods, we will offer you a refund with proof of the product being damaged. Please email to slaynailartistry@outlook.com or direct message to IG @beautybyslayofficial, if you have not yet received an email from us after using the contact form. 

Nail training and education strictly do not have refunds.
